  • Little roots. Growing with care

    Piccole Radici (Little Roots) is a children’s yoga program, designed to support emotional awareness, confidence, and embodied play through age-appropriate movement and breath.

    Classes emphasize:

    • Playful movement

    • Emotional regulation

    • Mind–body awareness

    • A sense of safety and belonging

  • Pop-up classes and workshops designed to bring people together through movement, learning, and connection.
