Welcome to the place where authenticity meets transformation.

Hi, I’m Kirstin.

I’m a yoga teacher, creative consultant, writer, and mom — but more than anything, I’m someone deeply committed to living with intention and care through every season of life.

My path here hasn’t been linear. I spent years working in marketing and branding before becoming a mother in 2021 — a transition that cracked me open in ways I never expected. Postpartum depression reshaped my understanding of myself and led me back to the body as a place of healing, truth, and reconnection.

Yoga became more than movement — it became a practice of listening and rebuilding. That same approach now informs all of my work: supporting people as they navigate change, growth, and creativity with compassion and steadiness.

Several years spent living in Southern Italy taught me the power of slowness, community, and daily ritual. Those lessons remain quietly woven into my practice today, reminding me that healing doesn’t have to be loud to be transformative.

Through SANA Studio, I create spaces where people feel supported, capable, and at home in themselves — on the mat, in their work, and in their lives.

I’m glad you’re here.

For my fellow astrology girlies, I am a:

I move through the world slowly and deliberately, guided by what feels steady and true. Whether it’s starting the morning with espresso, moving my body on the mat, or wandering through a new place without an agenda, I’m always coming back to the basics: breath, body, and presence. I believe grounding isn’t something we earn — it’s something we practice daily. You’ll often hear me encouraging you (and reminding myself) to get outside, feel the ground beneath you, or find water and pause. The simplest rituals are often the ones that return us home.

I’m deeply attuned to the emotional undercurrents of life — my own and the world around me. I pay attention to what’s beneath the surface: the quiet shifts, the unspoken feelings, the moments that ask us to slow down and listen. For me, healing and growth always begin with honesty — with the question, How am I really feeling right now? This awareness shapes how I teach, how I create, and how I hold space, inviting depth without force and transformation without urgency.

I’m drawn to intensity, beauty, and truth — the kind that lingers. I love exploring places beyond the obvious, noticing what others might miss, and letting moments fully move me. Whether it’s seeking out a hidden corner of a city, pausing for a long exhale at the edge of the day, or letting an experience crack me open just enough to teach me something new, I believe depth is where real connection lives. I don’t shy away from feeling deeply, and I share my work from that place — honest, embodied, and alive.
