What does postpartum coaching look like?

No matter how much work you put in or how many books you read, nothing can really prepare you for the drastic changes that go along with the fourth trimester. Every new parent deserves more postpartum support than the standard care offered in the United States. As a postpartum coach, I help you learn what support options are out there, assist in determining what kind of support you need, and then advocate with you side-by-side for that support. As your coach, I am not here to tell you that there is only one way to do things. There is no right way - there is only the right way for your family.

I provide new parents with a safe and intentional space to work through all of the transitions that come during the birthing year. I will guide you through these changes while empowering you to find your strengths and recognize where you want to ask for support. I will provide tools and resources to help you with your body, your mentality, your spirituality, your relationships, and your identity as you step into the next phase of your life. As you learn who you are as a parent, a partner, or a support individual in the postpartum phase, I will be here to hold your hand. Together, we will navigate and heal through your unprecedented motherhood.
