Black and white line drawing of a woman with long hair, with flowers and leaves around her, in a minimalistic style.

Movement is a conversation, not a performance.
Wellness is about longevity, not what is trending on Instagram.
Creativity should feel supportive, not urgent.
All bodies, stories, and seasons belong.

These values guide every offering — on the mat, behind the screen, and beyond.

Hi there.
I’m Kirstin.

My studio was created from a belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens through how we move, how we create, and how we choose to live each day.

My work lives at the intersection of yoga, wellness, creative consulting, and writing. Whether I’m guiding a breath-led class, designing a website for a small business, or sharing pieces of my life through words, the intention remains the same:
to support clarity, connection, and wholeness over time.

This is not about perfection or productivity.
It’s about showing up with care — again and again.

Packing for Europe: 4 Day Weekends
Travel Tips

After nearly three years of travel across 24 countries, we've perfected our packing and travel routine. We prefer checked luggage for convenience, especially with a toddler, and rely on packing cubes, a toiletry bag, and essential travel items to stay organized. We also have a few go-to toddler travel hacks, like using a lightweight carseat and stroller. Simple airport tips and strategies, such as color-coded passports and PriorityPass for lounges, also help make our trips run smoothly.

Procida Day Trip

Procida Day Trip
Life in Italy

Just a short ferry ride from Naples, Pozzuoli, or Monte di Procida, the tiny island of Procida is a perfect summer escape. Named Italian Capital of Culture in 2022, this colorful fishing island offers sandy beaches, rocky swimming coves, and postcard-worthy views of the Marina di Corricella.

On my latest visit with local expert Rossella Scotto, we started at Dal Cavaliere for the famous lingua di Procida—a flaky, lemon-filled pastry—and a refreshing caffè Leccese. We wandered through charming streets, took in sweeping views of pastel houses, and spent the afternoon swimming, surrounded by volcanic cliffs and turquoise waters.

Before catching the evening ferry back, we browsed boutiques for handmade ceramics, local books, and unique souvenirs. Whether you’re looking for the best beaches in Procida, iconic pastries, or simply a slower pace, this island will win your heart in just one day.

22 Things About Me You Probably Wouldn’t Guess
Reflections

Welcome to my little corner of the internet—where travel meets truth, motherhood meets messiness, and real talk always comes before perfection. In this honest, unfiltered Q&A, I share what season of life I'm in (spoiler: it's a soft reset), how becoming a mom changed everything, what postpartum really looked like for me, and what I'm still learning to let go of (perfectionism).

From my favorite kind of movement (yoga and strength training) to my go-to grounding rituals (sunshine and music), this post is part travel diary, part motherhood confessional, and part behind-the-scenes of what it's like to freelance, parent, and build a life that feels good from the inside out.

Whether you're here for the travel stories (I've been to 32 countries and counting!), the realness of postpartum mental health, or just need a reminder that it's okay to still be figuring it all out—you're in the right place.
